Paula Chatfield, Executive Director Mental Health and Central Office team members will visit your Region to talk about how the MH Strategy has been tailored to assist the Pilbara to bring about service improvements in MH & AOD services. The MH Strategy provides a framework to drive integrated & improved access to high quality & contemporary mental health care closer to home & on country. The Strategy’s aim, over its lifetime, is to strengthen the integration of mental health care within all regional health services, ensuring a seamless journey for the consumer and their family – no matter what point of the health system they access – whilst highlighting the needs of vulnerable people.
