Mindfulness Based Compassion Training for Health Professionals – 6 Week Online Program

Online WA, Australia

This is a 6 week online program, running from the 15th of April to the 20th of May, on Thursday evenings from 5pm to 6:30pm. Health professionals routinely give compassionate care to patients but can struggle to receive compassion or offer it to self or colleagues. Research suggests health professionals can increase wellbeing when practicing self-compassion, and therefore increase capacity to provide optimal patient care.
