Session 3: Adult trans, gender diverse and non-binary (TGDNB) health

Following the launch of the Transgender Health and Gender Diversity HealthPathway, WA Primary Health Alliance’s HealthPathways WA in collaboration with the Child and Adolescent Health Service, East Metropolitan Health Service and TransFolk of WA, is pleased to present a three part webinar series on TGDNB health.
The third session will include:
– A discussion about gender identity, gender affirming hormone therapy, contraception, screening, gender affirming surgery and the role of allied health.
– Information on prescribing, local referral pathways, care plan templates, supporting gender marker change and service information.
– A clinical case studies discussion.
– An overview of the Transgender Health and Gender Diversity HealthPathway.
