Remote Ready Program – Self Care workshop | 26 May 2023 | Karratha

As part of the Remote Ready Program, we like to introduce the first of two FREE educational networking workshops delivered in collaboration between Karratha Central Health Care and WA Centre for Rural Health.

Join us for an interactive half-day workshop focused on self-care for any person working in the disability services sector.

This workshop will cover:

• Recognising burnout and compassion fatigue
• Importance of self-care and healthy habits
• Increasing coping strategies
• Resource sharing
• Connection and networking opportunities

The program will be delivered by Lecturer in Social Work and Social Worker, Prue Martawidjaja and Associate Lecturer and Psychologist, Catherine Wilson.

The workshop will run from 9am-12:30pm including morning tea break. Lunch will be served at 12:30pm and you will you with the opportunity to network with other participants and presenters.
