Online Evening Mindfulness Workshop

If you are supporting someone close to you who lives with mental health challenges, it’s easy to forget about your own wellbeing.
Take some time for yourself and join us online for our monthly evening mindfulness workshop and discover how practicing mindfulness can help to improve your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
When: Monthly on a Thursday | 4.30pm – 5.30pm, 22 September, 13 October, 24 November & 15 December
Where: Online viaZoom/Teams – A link to join the session will be emailed after registration
Who: Adults who are supporting a friend or family member experiencing mental health challenges
Cost: Free – Registration essential
