Hedland Says No to Family Violence Event

You’re invited to the 2022 Hedland Says No to Family Violence march to send a message that domestic and family violence will not be tolerated in our community.

March in support of Domestic Violence Prevention Month, on the day of the candlelight vigil for lives lost to domestic and family violence. Following the march, hear from guest speakers and enjoy a barbecue while meeting and interacting with stall holders.

We want kids to have positive experiences, healthy relationships and opportunities to learn. We want them to respect others, and respect themselves.

Not all disrespect to women results in violence. But all violence against women starts with disrespectful behaviour.

Let’s bring up respect at every age and every stage. Domestic and family violence does not discriminate and impacts all backgrounds.
