Driving Workplace Diversity and Inclusion – KARRATHA

NDCOs work strategically with business organisations, local & state government, education providers, and the disability sector to drive change to increase opportunities for people with disabilities to succeed in further education and subsequent employment.

Recent research conducted across Western Australia identified gaps and barriers to employment for people with disabilities. You can access the summary report from the previous workshops here NDCO World Cafe Report 2021

Since then, we have been busy developing a tool in response to the amazing feedback received.

The NDCO team in WA have developed a practical guide to assist employers in driving workplace inclusion for people with disability. This guide will be presented at the 2021 interactive workshop “Driving Workplace Diversity and Inclusion”.

We will be facilitating one of these events on TUESDAY 19^th October  from 10am – 2pm.
