Join Kidney Health Australia, Professor Ashley Irish (Nephrologist) and Sonia Mupotaringa (Nurse Practitioner – Nephrology), hosted by the Pilbara Health Professionals Network, for an education session exploring the interrelationship between chronic kidney disease (CKD), diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

This session will highlight a ‘whole-of-person’ approach to managing multiple chronic conditions in clinical practice.

The evening will also include an overview of the WA Country Health Service Pilbara Renal Service, including the WestPilbara Nurse Practitioner Model of Care and the renal services currently available across the region.
