Presenter: DR DIRCK ANANOS | MBBS, FRACS (PLAS)

Dirck completed medical training in 2002, graduating from the Cayetano Heredia University, Peru, South America with a degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. Following this in 2004, Dirck emigrated to the UK where he completed surgical rotations in London and Belfast. In 2016, Dirck was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dirck joined the 1300HANDOC team in 2021 and is also Head of Department of Plastic Surgery and a Consultant Specialist Plastic Surgeon at Royal Perth Hospital. He is also a consultant specialist plastic surgeon at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the hand unit at Fremantle Hospital.
