DESCRIPTION:12th September 2020 8:00 – 9:30am \nFREE community walk to support the most yellow day of the year- R U OK day! \nWear your yellow best and meet us at the top of the Yaburara Trail at 8am where Clinton Walker\, local Burungu man from Ngarluma and Yindjibarndi country\, as well as the owner of Ngurrangga Tours\, will share his connection with land and community. \nConnections matter – Strong ties with family\, friends\, and the community provide us with happiness\, security\, support\, and a sense of purpose. Being connected to others is important for our mental and physical well-being and can be a protective factor against anxiety and depression. \nPlease wear adequate shoes for hiking and bring enough water for personal consumption.
