DESCRIPTION:Respecting our Rainbow workshops sponsored by Anglicare WA and Headspace Pilbara. \nAn inclusive workplace starts with awareness and education\, and a few passionate people who want to bring about change. During this session\, Gaya will share their personal and professional experience of what can ensure safe\, welcoming\, and inclusive workplace practices. If you want to champion LGBTQIA+ inclusion in your workplace\, this workshop will help you to gain an idea of what action you can take. \nWorkshop facilitator Gaya Surendorff is the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Anglicare WA. Gaya has experience working in both health and wellbeing\, as well as the diversity and inclusion areas\, and is a passionate advocate for Aboriginal and LGBTIQA+ human rights. They have experience working in several not for profit\, government and private organisations in roles that focus on bringing about greater inclusion and equity for diverse community groups. Gaya is very excited to visit the Pilbara to work with the community and local organisations. \nAll workshops are free however bookings are essential\ndiana@headspacepilbara.org.au \n  \n
