SUMMARY:Improving your practice: Working across sectors | Online
DESCRIPTION:People with complex mental health needs rarely move seamlessly between primary care\, hospital and community settings\, and often benefit from a range of clinical\, practical and psychosocial support. The associated challenges can negatively impact the provision of integrated and effective multidisciplinary care. \nMonday 31 March 4.00pm – 5.15pm (WA) \nRegister for this webinar to see four esteemed practitioners respond in-situ to hypothetical scenarios about people living with diverse\, changing and complex needs. With no advance briefings about each scenario\, the panel will respond “on the spot”\, demonstrating the strategies they’d employ to overcome challenges and work together to provide support\, treatment and care. \nModerated by Dr Ruth Vine (Psychiatrist)\, the panel comprises Dr Paul Fung (Psychiatrist)\, Dr Michael Tam (GP)\, Tracey Hocking (Social Worker) and Margaret Foulds (Psychologist). \nAll attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance for CPD purposes and access to additional resources to help support your multidisciplinary practice. \nLearn more about the session’s panel and learning outcomes here. \n
