Working to make the Pilbara a great place to live, work, invest and visit

The PHPN is proudly supported by the State Government through the Pilbara Development Commission.

With the Government’s contribution, the PHPN will be able to support international medical graduates working in the Pilbara to upskill in a range of general practice and multidisciplinary areas. The network will be able to deliver education sessions and upskilling activities in Karratha, Port Hedland, Tom Price and Newman between July and December 2020.

These sessions build on previous funding support from the Commission for the Forward to Fellowship Program, which supported international medical graduates working in the Pilbara to access to professional support over three years in the lead up to fellowship exams, including a clinical mentor, ongoing research and learning opportunities and a structured support program.
