The PHPN is a proud recipient of the BHP Vital Resources Fund (VRF).
With BHP’s contribution, the PHPN will be able to support local health professionals and community services to deliver essential services across the region. The network will be able to recruit local Program Officers in Karratha and Hedland, provide additional support tools, resources and online learning opportunities and ensure our members receive strong collegial support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition, the VRF will also support projects aimed at strengthening the PHPN, building a resilient workforce and creating healthy communities once the challenges and measures of Coronavirus have been lifted.
The BHP’s VRF was established to help support regional Australian communities facing the significant challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic. To discover more click here.
