DESCRIPTION:Starting on February 8th  2021 we have an Exercise Physiologist running a six week program at the Centre for anyone who has had cancer. \nCourtney is an accredited Exercise Physiologist who has worked with Cancer Clients previously. She has the knowledge and skill to design\, evaluate and deliver a safe exercise program for anyone who has had cancer or currently going through treatment. Benefits include improved muscle strength\, fitness\, physical function\, immune function\, mood and self esteem.
